New Decade Sunshine Super State :) Marko dropping by ...

I wish you all to see your Lives as a Sunlit Path and not some Dark Tunnel you've crawled in to.

Well this will probably be one of the few blogs I get to do this year ,but what better time than the turn of a New Decade !
The above photo is taken from the converted attic I've spent so much time in over the past years,working,researching, chilling and having the pleasure of meeting you guys from :).Jenslove ...well, still continues ,and will although at a slower pace ,until whatever.I like to pop in every so often,sometimes it's vacant ...or there will be a lovely surprise like recently when Bush Gal Deanna ...showed up :).

Last year was a personal disaster for me on so many fronts ,professionally and most of all personally ,every emotion was in the mix .However ,to go there would be indulgent ,so I won't .

Jenslove came into it's own when I lost my beloved brother Gerry ,I was able to celebrate him here for a few days,and it helped.Ladies and Gentlemen ,Life is for Loving,Joy & Harmony.be the singer not the song.Never waste your time trying to change anyone,just be the change .I am having more and more wonderful days over these past few weeks,and it began with a time of reflection 25th Nov 09 to be precise ,where I took time to think...I mean time out folks ,I recommend it.It really has been progress city since then.You know one can choose the good stuff or the crap ,and as long as we avoid hurting anyone in our choices Life can be very sweet one day at a time.

Despite my sunny disposition there are times I am amused to be knocked off my perch ...and nobody does that better than ones kids.Marko has his eye on a new Radio Station ..NOVA 100 ,It launches later this year.I know one of the directors ,was in the area so decided to show up ...and push hard for a gig or at least a consideration.I had both my girls with me Franny (6),Regina (8) in reception.I'm going quite grey at present ,well none of us are getting any younger ..eh ? :).As I was getting my act together to meet this radio dude...I noticed the girls falling about in fits of laughter ,sniggering and pointing at me.Whatever way the light was catching my hair ....it was no Richard Gere ,more like Kenny Rogers !.Dad ! Dad ...Ha Ha ...look at your hair ....Franny sidles up and shouts at me ''DAD YOU LOOK LIKE AN OLD GRANDFATHER !!!''.Here I was showing up to be a Hot Shot Jock...an the kids were bringing me down to earth before I'd even made my pitch :))) .The cirlcle of Life ...huh :))).

I don't know where you are in your journey ,but I wish you luck ,Love,Happiness....and only Good Things.Take time out for the simple things,money will not make you Happy.I spent a good deal of Christmas night on my best friend's €500,000 yacht ....state of the Art Navigation System ,Three bedrooms,Flat Screen TV ..the lot .We know each other since we were 8 or so...Best friends for Life.At one stage I looked at him and said....''well this is a load of old Bollocks is'nt it ?? :)))......he looked at me vacantly and drawled back ''Yeah Marko it is ....''.We want more out of Life...we're getting there ....appreciating our families and lives.We walked home by the beach and I took a look up at those stars...let my mind roam across the heavens...thinking...then back to reality.

May you all have a wondeful year ,if you've kids ...keep em close cos they're god's way of saying ''your not going to be around forever...but it's going to be OK :))).
