I took this photo from my cell phone about 2 yrs ago.Although the quality is'nt great I think it captures a special moment.It was Franny's first day at school ,and big sister Regina was showing her the ropes :).I often look at it and marvel at nature.The way of the world was here before us and will be here after us.Children are our greatest gift ,to be loved protected and cherished.I recall reading somewhere ...or maybe a radio show ...something along the lines of when we have children that our own lives end and we live on through our children,can't say I totally agreed with it,but a nice thought.Regina looks like me as Franny does her mom .I remember once sitting in an apartment alone ,I was in my late 20s and the lonliness was killing me,I often thought of ending it .Never ! ....would I have dreamed of what was in store for me.Sisters... may they always be happy and look out for each other !.
